NovoVia Consulting's GPDR and Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. NovoVia Consulting collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). According to GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Know which personal information is being saved.

  • Have incorrect personal information rectified.

  • Have your personal information deleted.

  • Know how long your personal information will be saved.

  • Submit complaints to the Data Inspection Agency.

 

The type of information collected and why

CEO and Founder of NovoVia Consulting AB, Jennifer Ollis Blomqvist, is responsible for the collection of your personal information. NovoVia Consulting AB has the right to legally collect any information needed to conduct business transactions, such as agreements or contracts between NovoVia Consulting and the customer/client. Personal data collected for these purposes may include: names, e-mail addresses, physical addresses, telephone numbers, business identification/tax numbers or personal social security numbers, payment information, etc. Payment information such as your name, address, and credit card information, are collected for payment transactions via Stripe or Paypal. NovoVia Consulting AB collects personal data (i.e., names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses) needed to provide you with the best online education and training services through Thinkific’s course creation platform. Personal data collected for use in NovoVia Consulting's other services, such as training, supervision & coaching groups and counselling sessions, is stored only with the consent of each individual. Such personal data saved after approval include: names, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, pictures/photos, personal identification numbers, etc.

NovoVia Consulting AB maintains a member’s list intended to send out information to it’s customers and clients (i.e., newsletters and event invitations). Personal data collected for this purpose includes: names, e-mail addresses, workplace/organization, titles, telephone numbers, and is not shared with any third-party.

 

How long is your information stored for?

NovoVia Consulting does not store your personal information for three years and only for the purposes described above. You are always asked verbally and/or in writing (i.e., before the start of any online or in-person course offered by NovoVia Consulting), if your personal data may be saved for e-mail communication. Any personal data saved digitally or in paper form is in line with the recommendation of the Swedish Tax Authorities and the Swedish Accounting Standards Board. Personal data is saved for a maximum of 1 year after termination of NovoVia Consulting’s services. You have the right to renounce your consent at any time. Your personal information will be accurate and secure

It is important to us that your personal information is accurate, as well as secure and protected. Therefore, we will rectify any incorrect information as soon as it comes to our attention. It is always possible for you to request your personal information to ensure that it is correct. Your personal information will not be transferred to any third party for any purpose other than that described above.

We further protect your e-mail address, for example by using the blind copy text box when sending out mass e-mails and newsletters. This is done to ensure that recipients of the same mass e-mail or newsletter will not be able to see and use your information without permission.

In the event of a “personal data incident”, we will notify you immediately and the Data Inspectorate within 72 hours. A personal data incident is a security breach that led to unintentional or illegal destruction, loss, or alteration of any personal data we process.
